Welcome to LocalBusinessLeads.ca. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before subscribing to any of our lead generation plans.

1. Lead Delivery & Service Description

We provide exclusive marketing services by sending you appointment requests and inquiries from individuals in your selected niche and geographic area. These leads are collected through our digital marketing campaigns and delivered directly to you via SMS and/or email.

Please note that LocalBusinessLeads.ca is a marketing company only. We do not represent you or the referred client, nor are we a party to any service agreements, quotes, payments, or communications between you and your potential clients.

2. Non-Refundable Packages

All subscriptions and lead packages purchased through LocalBusinessLeads.ca are non-refundable. Once a payment is made and leads are being generated or delivered, we cannot issue any refunds under any circumstances.

3. Recurring Monthly Billing

Except the trial package, All packages are recurring and will automatically renew every month unless you provide a cancellation notice. To cancel, you must email us at info@localbusinessleads.ca with a minimum of 3 days’ notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellations received with fewer than 3 days’ notice may be billed for one additional cycle.

4. Client Responsibility Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any legal issues, disputes, service outcomes, payment disagreements, or personal interactions between you and the leads we provide. Any and all communication, services, or obligations beyond lead delivery are strictly between you and the customer. You assume full responsibility for your dealings with any lead we refer.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

All contact information we collect and share with you is sourced through consent-based marketing campaigns. You agree to use this data only for the purpose of offering your services and to comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam regulations in your province or territory.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. However, active clients will be notified of any major changes that affect ongoing lead delivery or account access.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a lead package or using any services provided by LocalBusinessLeads.ca, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
