By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before subscribing to any of our lead generation plans.

1. Lead Delivery & Service Description

We provide exclusive marketing services by delivering appointment requests and inquiries from individuals within your selected niche and geographic area. These leads are generated through our digital marketing campaigns and delivered directly to you via SMS and/or email.

LocalBusinessLeads.ca is a marketing company only. We do not represent you or the referred client and are not a party to any service agreements, quotes, payments, or communications between you and your potential customers.

2. Non-Refundable Packages

All subscriptions and lead packages purchased through LocalBusinessLeads.ca are non-refundable. Once payment is made and lead generation has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Recurring Monthly Billing & Reinstatement Fee

Except for trial packages, all services are recurring and automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled.

To cancel, you must email info@localbusinessleads.ca with a minimum of 3 days’ notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellations received with fewer than 3 days’ notice may be billed for one additional cycle.

If a campaign is paused for more than 3 consecutive days and later resumed, a reinstatement fee of $250 CAD plus applicable taxes will apply to cover campaign re-setup, optimization, and system reactivation costs.

4. Client Responsibility Disclaimer

LocalBusinessLeads.ca is not responsible for any legal matters, disputes, service outcomes, payment issues, or personal interactions between you and the leads provided. All services, communications, and obligations beyond lead delivery are strictly between you and the customer.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

All contact information is collected through consent-based marketing campaigns. You agree to use this data solely for offering your services and to comply with all applicable privacy and anti-spam laws in your province or territory.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. Active clients will be notified of any major changes that materially affect lead delivery or account access.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a lead package or using any services provided by LocalBusinessLeads.ca, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
